Milky Life will be hosting a beautiful Mothers Day event to celebrate all the mothers and mother figures in our lives.

You’ll find myself (Ellie) and my mum Colleen along with some other inspiring women facilitating this delicious event. This is an opportunity to meet others, to eat well, move mindfully and spend some well deserved time on yourself. We have specifically chosen the say before Mothers Day as we know that is generally a time to spend with loved ones and for some, the day itself can be a difficult and private one.

All not yet crawling babes in arms are very welcome.
