We are passionate about our products, which are all about the health, wellbeing and recovery of new mums post childbirth and during the breastfeeding period. We produce specifically designed gel-bead breast ice and heat packs, and perineal ice and heat packs, to help new mums manage pain and inflammation post childbirth, and various breastfeeding issues during the breastfeeding period. Our breast and perineal ice and heat packs have multiple uses.

Costs- Flat rate standard shipping charge of $10.00. Express Shipping flat rate of $15. Free Shipping for all order over $100.
All orders will be sent by Australia Post or Sendle. We will endeavour to have all orders dispatched within one business day of receiving your order. Delivery timeframes can vary, we recommend checking the Australia Post delivery time frames for more accurate information. You will recieve a tracking number when stock has been dispatched.
Sunshine Coast Locals- We offer free delivery or pick up from our boutique in Mountain Creek. Simply choose Sunshine Coast Local at check out and this will void all shipping charges, we will then contact you to arrange delivery or provide our pick up address. Would you like to check a size or try on some of our range? Use the contact us form below and we can arrange for you to visit our home boutique.
Most items can be shipped internationally, please contact us first before placing your order to receive an international shipping quote based on what you would like to order. International shipping costs will be determined on weight and size of parcel being sent. Please note that Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.
+ Ordering and Payment
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.
We provide payment through Stripe and PayPal to ensure safe and secure payment options. Unfortunatly at this point in time we can not offer AfterPay.
We offer a 14-day exchange period for all online purchases (except sale items). This means if you change your mind or are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected, you have 14 days from the order date to contact us to notify us that you will be returning the goods. You will then have an additional 7 days to return the goods to us. If you are returning the goods due to any of the reasons above then the freight cost to return the goods will be at your own expense.
Items for exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unused and new and must be in the condition they were sent to you in, which means they must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Items and their original packaging must not be marked, damaged or scratched and must be returned within the 14 days of the date of your order (as outlined above).
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us prior to sending it back and we will confirm our return procedures to you and advise you of the best way for you to return it to us. Once you have notified us of your request for exchange, please return the item with a copy of your receipt and a letter clearly stating your name and order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. If you are returning an item due to a fault or incorrect order, please ensure you contact us by email prior to sending the items back to us.
At times, it could be possible that the item you have ordered, for some reason is no longer available. If this occurs we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative suggestion, alternatively we can cancel your order and refund your money at this point.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. Sale items cannot be placed on back order.
Faulty Items: If your goods arrive damaged or you find them to be faulty then please contact us by email as soon as you can (within 7 days from receiving your order). We will refund or exchange (if still in stock) any items that we agree to have been found faulty or damaged. All damaged or faulty items must be returned to us at the shop before a refund or exchange can be processed. We will also reimburse you for the freight incurred for sending the parcel back to us as long as you use Australia Post.
Once your faulty/damaged items are received back to our store and it is agreed that they are in fact faulty/damaged, we will arrange either an exchange or refund. If we are refunding you, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the goods plus the freight incurred by you to return the goods to us (freight return cost will based on the most cost effective freight fee available). Please contact us prior to sending your goods back so we can determine the best and most cost effective way for your goods to be returned to us. Your refund will be processed by Pay Pal within 48 hours of your damaged/faulty goods being received by us.
It is our usual practice to collect personal information directly from you. We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. We do not give information about you to other companies, government agencies, organisations. We analyse non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.
